About The Wedding Diary: a small team is building the tool that makes a wedding with more than one celebration calm — and what you see on this site is the product as it works today.
why this exists
Three celebrations, and nobody counting.
A wedding with more than one celebration is not a day. A henna night, a ceremony, a party — or kına, nikah and düğün — each with its own guest list and its own evening. The products sold here know one day and one list, and everything after that is called “custom event 1, 2, 3”.
The work that leaves behind is rarely done by the couple. It is done by whoever happens to be standing closest — a sister, a brother, a friend — on the phone, with four hundred names on a sheet of paper and no way to know who is coming to what. This was written for that person, and for the couple reading over their shoulder.
We are a small team. Here that is more of an advantage than a shortcoming: nothing sits between the question and the answer, and nobody has to persuade us that a second celebration needs a list of its own.
the honest question
Will you still be here in March?
That is the question underneath every other question on this page, and a logo cannot answer it. The way it is built can.
- Your work walks out with you
- Guest list, answers, day plan and amounts export whenever you want, as a file on your own disk. You never have to hope that we pick up tomorrow.
- You talk to the people building it
- There is no ticket queue between us. If you build this with us, you have our number on WhatsApp until the day after the wedding.
- Nothing is described better than it is
- Every screen on this site is the real product, photographed on an example wedding. What does not exist is not shown — not even as a drawing.
- Leaving is one action
- Deleting your wedding takes one action, and only you can take it. Deleting your whole account is not a button yet — one message to the privacy address, and a person removes it.
where the money comes from
From you.

- We earn from the couple, not from the couple’s data and not from the wedding team around them.
- No commission, no paid placement, no selling anybody’s contact details on — not later either.
- No advertising cookie, no pixel, no retargeting. The one bar on this site asks one question — may we measure how it is used — and if you say no, we load nothing.
The plan is the means.
