the wedding team · who reads whatOne plan
your venue, your DJ and your photographer read themselves.

Your venue calls on Friday. What do you say — and does the rest of your wedding team know too?

with more than one celebration

A photographer for the nikah, a DJ for the düğün.

Every agreement belongs to a day, and the read-only link shows a venue the days it works — with the headcount for that day, as the answers come in.

who sees what

Your venue
The day plan of its days and the headcount per day. Never an amount, never a guest list.
The rest of the team
The same link, with their own moments marked, and each other’s name and number.
You
Everything, plus the amounts — those live on the budget and never travel with the link.

the contact book

Example

Everyone working on the day, in one place.

Name, role, phone and email, and what was agreed for each day. A photographer covering the nikah for two hours and the düğün from getting dressed to the halay is one name with two agreements — not two half-filled rows.

Venue
Schiedam · düğün, from 18:00. Deposit paid, the rest two weeks beforehand.
Photographer
Nikah and düğün — two separate agreements under one name.
DJ
Düğün · 20:00 to 01:00. Number sits beside it, for the master of ceremonies too.
Hairdresser
Kına and düğün, at the bride’s home in the morning.

What has been paid and what is still open counts into your budget. That part stays yours: it does not travel with the link.

what the link opens

Example

Their own moments, marked inside your day.

It opens your days, with their own moments marked. No money, no guest list. The rest of your wedding team’s names and numbers travel with it.

That last sentence is deliberate. Two earlier versions claimed that somebody sees only their own moments and cannot see the rest of the team. That was not true. Whoever is standing in the hall at half past seven needs to know who walks in at seven and who to ring before that — and you should know it before you send the link.

the venue link

A venue sees one thing more.

A venue link also shows how many people have accepted, per day. That is the number a kitchen buys against and a hall sets chairs to.

And it stops there. No guest names, no individual answers, no dietary notes, no phone numbers from your family.

With the full version the seating is on it too: per celebration the room in metres and the tables with a headcount each. No names there either.

revoking

One tap and the link is dead.

You revoke a link whenever you want. It stops working, even if it has already been forwarded. There is no account to close and nothing to delete on their side. If you want it back, you make a new one.

what we do not do

We never contact your wedding team without you.

  • We do not email or ring them because they appear in your diary.
  • We sell no leads and take no commission.
  • They pay nothing, install nothing and make no account.
  • What our directory holds about a business comes from what that business publishes itself — and one click removes the entry.

Your team knows the day.
Before it begins.

The musician knows when to play and the venue how many are coming — from the same plan.

three questions

What people ask here.

Does my team need an account?

No. Your venue, your DJ and your photographer get one read-only link. No account, no cost, nothing to install.

What exactly does my venue see?

The day’s times, the headcount per day and who is working that day. No amounts, no guest list, no phone numbers of your family.

Can I take the link back?

Yes, with one tap. After that it opens nothing. And we never approach your team without you.

What it does not do

  • No account for your team, and no messages from us to them: the link exists, and you send it.

what we record

What we keep, and what we deliberately do not put beside it.

You see who opened their invitation and who has not yet. That is only possible if we keep something, so here is exactly what that is — and where it stops.

We do

  • When the link was first opened.
  • When it was last opened.
  • How often.
  • Roughly what kind of device it was.
  • The language chosen.
  • The answer.

We do not

  • Where anyone is.
  • A fingerprint of the browser.
  • An advertising identifier.

What your venue and your team read is on a link of their own — it carries no guest list, and no amount but their own agreement.
