guests and rsvp · who is coming to whatA wedding RSVP website
that counts who is coming, per celebration.
Four hundred names, three celebrations, and the kitchen wants one number. A wedding RSVP website gives it: every guest answers on a page of their own.

The guest list from Excel or your contacts, by household, and the answers per celebration — counted in people, never in invitations.

three screens from the product
Example wedding · Elif & Denizwith more than one celebration
Three celebrations, three lists, one household.
Each guest says yes or no per celebration: the aunt comes to the kına and the düğün, the colleague only to the düğün. The register counts per celebration how many people are coming — the number the kitchen needs.
who sees what
- The guest
- Their own celebrations and their own answer, on a link of their own; never another guest.
- The sister who rings round
- The branches you give her, with a link of her own, without the rest.
- Your venue
- How many said yes to each celebration, on the venue’s own link. No names, no answers per guest.
the guest, one minute
Your aunt opens WhatsApp and is done inside a minute.
Sixty-eight, an old phone, large text, Turkish. She taps the link, types four digits, and sees her own name and, for each celebration, two buttons. Nothing to install, no account, no password.
1
She taps her own link
Her name is already in the greeting. There is nothing to look up and nothing to type in that you have known all along.
2
She confirms the last four digits of her mobile number
Her own number, or else the first one in her household. Remembered for sixty days on that device; five wrong tries lock it for fifteen minutes. With no number on file, she goes straight through.
3
She says yes or no, per event
For herself, per celebration — and, if you kept extra places for her, how many she will use — and, where you offer a menu, what she would like to eat.
4
She can still change it
Up to that event’s deadline. If grandmother turns out to be too tired, she amends it herself and your figure is right again.
“No account” applies to your guests. You do make one — your name, an email address and a password, or your Google account.
one household, an answer per person
ExampleYes to the kına, no to the düğün.
That is allowed.
A household shares an address, not an answer. Each person answers each celebration on their own link, so below you see, per celebration, how many of the four are coming — and each celebration keeps its own deadline.
The Yıldız household
4 people · 1 seat held
- Kına gecesi
- Ayşe, Emre
- 2 of 4until 12 March
- Nikah
- All four
- 4 of 4until 2 April
- Düğün
- Nobody
- 0 of 4until 2 April
Seat held
One at the nikah, for someone not named yet. They say themselves whether it is used.
If something changes before the deadline, the figure changes with it. After the deadline it stands, and you settle it by phone — the way you always did.
the list, brought in
Your list comes from Excel or from your phone.
A CSV from Excel or Numbers, or the vCard export of your contacts. What does not come through is not kept from you: a report names the row, says what is wrong with it, and says what we did about it.
Error report
Example- 34No first name, so there is nobody to invite.skipped
- 58“home tel.” is not a phone number we can send to. Imported without it.imported
- 112This wedding has no event called “brunch”. Ignored.imported
Two kinds. An error means the row could not come through; a warning means the row is there and one field was left empty. Both name the row number you see in your own spreadsheet.
the bride team
Your sister runs her own 120 without seeing the rest of the list.
You split the list the way your family is already split: the bride’s side, the groom’s side, the mother’s branch, the father’s branch, colleagues on their own. A household belongs to one branch, and the seats you hold for it go with it.
- Bride · mother’s branch
- Bride · father’s branch
- Groom · mother’s branch
- Friends and colleagues
The link for your sister
One link for the branches you give her. She sees those families and their answers, and not the rest of the list. She makes an account once, with her e-mail address, and you explain nothing.
She can enter answers for the ones who would rather phone. The aunt who does not type does not have to fall outside the count.
who has not opened it
A list to ring.
Not a list that rings.
Two columns you want in the week before a deadline: who has not opened the link, and who opened it and said nothing yet. Both count people.
There are no automatic reminders. None. You tap one message per person, and it leaves from your own phone, out of your own WhatsApp. We send nothing on your behalf — not to your guests, not ever.
What we record
- when a link was opened
- how many times
- roughly what kind of device
- which language was chosen
What we do not
- where anyone is
- a browser fingerprint
- an advertising id
- anything that follows your guest onto another site
the totals
ExampleThe list for the kitchen, added up from the answers.
The meals your guests chose themselves, counted per celebration. You read the numbers off and forward one line to your venue instead of making a phone call.
- Meat
- 212
- Fish
- 98
- Vegetarian
- 24
- Not chosen yet
- 46
People again, not households. What was not filled in stands as not filled in — we complete nothing on anybody’s behalf.
Everything out, whenever you want.
Your guest list and the answers come down to your own computer as CSV, at any moment. Guest details are deleted 90 days after the wedding: that is the policy, and the job that carries it out is scheduled. It has not run yet — no wedding is 90 days behind us.

Everyone who says yes
ends up in this picture.
Behind every number on the list is somebody making the journey.
three questions
What people ask here.
Can one household answer differently per celebration?
Yes. Your aunt comes to the kına and the düğün, your colleague only to the düğün. The register counts per celebration, in people.
Does the diary send reminders?
No. Nothing goes out automatically. You see who has not opened yet and ring or tap them yourself, from your own phone.
Can someone help me keep count?
Yes. Your sister gets a link of her own for her branch of the family and sees only that — not the rest of the list.
What it does not do
- No automatic reminders: a list to ring or tap through yourself, from your own phone.
what we record
What we keep, and what we deliberately do not put beside it.
You see who opened their invitation and who has not yet. That is only possible if we keep something, so here is exactly what that is — and where it stops.
We do
- When the link was first opened.
- When it was last opened.
- How often.
- Roughly what kind of device it was.
- The language chosen.
- The answer.
We do not
- Where anyone is.
- A fingerprint of the browser.
- An advertising identifier.
What your venue and your team read is on a link of their own — it carries no guest list, and no amount but their own agreement.
