the day plan · what time, and whereA wedding day timeline
your venue and your DJ can open too.

A wedding day timeline for three celebrations: the first evening on Thursday, the ceremony on Saturday morning, the big party that night — and three times the question: what time, and where?

with more than one celebration

Each celebration its own day, with its own blocks and its own people.

The kına on Thursday, the nikah on Saturday morning, the düğün in the evening: three day plans, each with its own times, its own tasks and its own people. A business sees only the celebrations it works.

who sees what

You
Everything, per celebration: the moments, what it still needs, its tasks, and who works it.
Your venue and your team
Their own celebrations, on a link of their own: their moments in full, what you agreed with them and, for the venue, how many said yes. No guest list, nothing of another business.
The guest
Their own celebrations, with the time and the address, on their invitation.

one day, four stops

Example

Gelin alma, photographs, nikah, the hall.

A day with four stops is a route, not a timeline. Every moment has a start and an end, a place, someone who carries it, and the travel time to the next stop.

the travel time

You note the travel time yourself.

You know it is not twenty minutes on a Saturday afternoon but forty, and that fifteen cars in convoy move slower than one. You write that number down. Everyone who opens the link reads the same number.

We do not calculate a route and we do not look at traffic. What stands there is what you noted, and nothing else.

the locations

An address your photographer reads on their own phone.

Every celebration carries its venue and its address, on every link that opens it; a moment in it names its room, or a place you type. No retyping an address at half past eleven in the morning, no screenshot of a screenshot.

The venue and the address are the words you type; we do not look them up, check them or vouch for them.

When the plan holds,
nobody notices the plan.

You only see the evening: the lights on, the tables full, everyone in their place.

for the venue

The plan your venue needs a week beforehand.

A venue manager normally gets a PDF, three days late, with a time that has since moved. This is a page of the venue’s own, read live from the couple’s plan, so it is still correct. The manager opens it on a phone, sees the venue’s own moments in full and the rest as a time, a title and a place, and how many said yes to each celebration it works — and prints it for behind the bar.

  • No account, no password, no cost, nothing to install.
  • His own moments are marked, and he can see what happens either side of them — half of coordinating is knowing what is going on next to you.
  • A venue link also shows how many people have accepted, per day.
  • The couple revokes the link whenever they want, even after it has been forwarded.

three questions

What people ask here.

Does the diary calculate travel time?

No. You type the travel time yourself; we calculate no route and read no traffic. The venue and address you type are on every link that opens that celebration.

Who can read the day plan?

Each business on your wedding team, through a link of its own that opens only the celebrations it works. No account, nothing to install. You send the link yourself and revoke it whenever you want.

One day plan, or one per celebration?

One per celebration, with its own moments and its own people. The kına has a different plan from the düğün, and a business’s link shows the ones it works.

What it does not do

  • You fill in the travel time yourself; we calculate no route and read no traffic.
  • Nothing goes from our side to your team: you send each business its link yourself.

what we record

What we keep, and what we deliberately do not put beside it.

You see who opened their invitation and who has not yet. That is only possible if we keep something, so here is exactly what that is — and where it stops.

We do

  • When the link was first opened.
  • When it was last opened.
  • How often.
  • Roughly what kind of device it was.
  • The language chosen.
  • The answer.

We do not

  • Where anyone is.
  • A fingerprint of the browser.
  • An advertising identifier.

What your venue and your team read is on a link of their own — it carries no guest list, and no amount but their own agreement.
